Psych Medlegal is a boutique group of psychiatrists specialising in the interface between psychiatry and the legal system. We provide independent medicolegal reports on public liability matters, medical negligence matters, common law claims, personal injury claims, fitness for duty assessments, historical abuse cases, as well as reports for statutory bodies such as the NSW Personal Injury Commission.
We do not undertake assessments in the following areas: CTP, workers compensation, criminal law or family law. We do not accept referrals for private patients nor provide treatment.
All our assessments are conducted by video.
